I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). These approaches allow us to address the root causes of distress and build practical skills for lasting change.

In addition to these core modalities, I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Family Systems work, and other tailored strategies depending on your needs. I work with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including ADHD, Anxiety, Attachment Issues, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Personality Disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and relationship or self-esteem concerns.
